MARKETING APPROACHES TO STUDYING DIETARY BEHAVIOR
OF SOCIALLY SENSITIVE CONSUMER CATEGORIES
Summary.
 
Experts note that eating disorders in children of early and younger preschool age lead to 
undesirable consequences in the mental and physical development of future schoolchildren. Some 
nutritional diseases among children include type 2Adiabetes mellitus, obesity, food allergies, etc. The 
article reviews the results of studies by foreign authors, grouped by topics: parental control, encouragement, 
social support, cooking training programs, kindergartens and school, sensory education, availability of 
food, marketing and packaging of food, methods of preparing and serving dishes, as well as the possibility 
of self-selection.
