The objectives of the experimental work were: Identification of the level of development of socio-cultural competence of students;
Detection of the most optimal features of comprehensive integration and implementation of pedagogical conditions for development of students’ socio-cultural competence;
Verification of the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for development of socio-cultural competence of students in the socio-cultural projects. These objectives formulated the specific tasks that need to be solved in the development of experimental activities:
Identification of the basic level of social competence of students for further diagnosis;
Development of criteria for assessing the level of development of social competence in intercultural projects.
They were identified two groups of partners from different cultures Uzbek ( students of grade 11 of school № 1 in Termez) and Russian students (Moscow ). 50 pupils participated in the experiment. 25 of them were in the experimental group, 25 people entered in the control group. The great attention in the formation of groups was the presence of common interests. This fact impacts on the choice of topic of a joint online project. Understanding of socio-cultural issues raised by students of different countries allows them to see more clearly common features that unite all people in the world regardless of nationality, religion, culture and mentality. The group of students participating in the socio- cultural Internet project team was composed of students of Moscow, pupils of secondary school №1 in Termez. This group was experimental. Students who did not participate in social and cultural web project represented a control sample. The theme of the project was the "views of youth to religion," in the context of dealing with the following hypotheses: 1) how religious Russian, Uzbek, Tajik; 2) Does religion play a significant role in the lives of these peoples? 3) whether there are fundamental differences in the mentality of these people?
