In recent decades, changes in the educational and training process takes place in the context of global educational trends. These may in particular include:
Mass character of education and its continuity as a new quality;
The importance of education, both for the individual and for society as a whole;
Focus on the active mastering of cognitive activity by person;
Adaptation of teaching and educational process to the needs of the individual;
Orientation of the entire teaching process on the personality of learner, providing opportunities for self-discovery and self-realization.
One of the most important features of a modern training and education is focus on preparing students for solution of complex situations and social changes, willingness to use cross-cultural experience to maintenance and reproduce the existing culture, social experience and social system. We refer to such kind of approach as humanistic-oriented scientific-pedagogical teaching and education including the use of the latest computer technology This experience is very important and up to date for each language community. In our point of view the use of this approach is crucial for pedagogy and didactics of foreign language. The main features of the training and education are the following:

“- The effectiveness of teaching and education, which form reflexive, critical and creative thinking, the development of sensitivity and reasoning, finding personalized meaning and decision-making, the nomination and testing of hypotheses and, as a consequence, the ability to solve problems, design and transfer of knowledge;
Developing potential of teaching and education, which is aimed primarily at creating new intellectual and cognitive product by trainees” .
Experimenting methods aimed at developing sociocultural competence of students using educational technologies (in Termez school 1)
