During the experiment the analysis and processing of the experimental data was conducted. Also scholars compared analytical material with the purpose, objectives of the study, the static analysis of the results of the experiment, the final diagnosis of the level of social-cultural competence development in the application of computer technology, comprehension and analytical presentation of the material and conclusions.
The experiment was supposed to diagnose the following students' skills:
Motivation to continue to participate in such projects;
Intellectual, creative and research skills necessary to participate in international online projects;
Key skills necessary to participate in social and cultural project.
To determine the diagnosis of initial socio-cultural competence was developed a special questionnaire and conducted a survey containing open-ended questions. The criteria for assessing of the level of development of socio-cultural competence of students have been accepted as follows: very low, low, average, high, very high level. The same criteria have been used in the diagnosis of the level of development of sociocultural competence after the end of the experiment.

Summarizing the above we can say with certainty that the formation of computer competence in terms of socio-cultural society is essential to the educational process of training and education and computer technologies represent a real opportunity for the socio-cultural identity formation without authentic cultural environment. To summarize our opinion is that the basic components of computer competence are informational, informative, research and special interactive aspects that contribute to the overall development of social competence since its formation opens up opportunities for the acquisition of cultural experience. This fact is very important for intercultural communication and participation in the dialogue of cultures. Only then we can say that education and training are really developing that is the most important feature of the modern world. Thus, we are convinced that the use of modern computer, multimedia technologies and the opportunities of the Internet lead to the development of the necessary key skills and contributes to the development of creative and research abilities of students, which, undoubtedly, is an important condition for the formation of socio-cultural competence. Participation in social and cultural web design also allows the trainees to understand the fact that in the course of the project is the development of their personalities as the dialogue between cultures, capable of participating in cross-cultural communication that is actively creative individuals who have socio-cultural competence.
