Speaking
Spoken Interaction (Dialogue). Interact in a simple way provided the other person is prepared to repeat or rephrase things at a slower rate of speech and help to formulate what is needed to say. Ask simple questions and answer them in areas of communicative settings based on the content of beginner level of learning. Spoken Production (Monologue). Use simple phrases and sentences to describe where they live and people they know and giving information, as well as making descriptions in communicative settings based on the content defined for the beginner level of learning.
Writing		Ability to write short, simple postcards, to fill in forms, entering their name, nationality and address on a hotel registration form.
LANGUAGE ABILITIES	Phonetics		Ability to accurately pronounce all sounds of FL, using stress appropriately; and following intonation patterns in communicative settings based on the content defined for the beginner level of learning.
	Lexis		Ability to use thematic vocabulary in a very limited amount in communicative settings based on the content defined for the beginner level of learning.
	Grammar		Ability to use and limited control of simple grammar and syntactical construction, to join words and set of words with the help of simple conjunctions «and», «then», expressing linear sequencing in communicative settings based on the content defined for the beginner level of learning.
