В 1 level: secondary special vocational education;
В 2 level: higher education (Undergraduate - Bachelor’s level);
С 1 level: higher education (Postgraduate - Master’s level);
С 2 level: native-like mastery of foreign language.


This state educational standard is underpinned by communicative-constructivist, personalistic, integrated and competence based approaches.
Communicative-constructivist approach promotes developmental, functional and communicative nature of education, which initiates cognitive activeness in learning, developing skills and necessity for reflection, self-development and self-realisation in the subject field “Foreign language” and refers to:
- integration of philological-humanitarian, social-humanitarian, social-humanitarian, natural-scientific, literary-aesthetic, technological field knowledges at all levels of education;
- organization of foreign language learning as a process of intercultural communication;
- cooperation of teacher/lecturer and learner/student as partners having equal rights in educational process;
- interactive forms of teaching;
-learner/student autonomy in acquiring new language and sociocultural knowledge, practical skills.
Personalistic approach in education implies the development of the content of education, which includes not only theoretical knowledge, but also meta-knowledge, i.e. tools and methods of cognition. Establishment of special forms of interaction of the participants in the educational process (learners, teachers, parents) is considered as highly important. Besides special procedures for tracing the character and direction of learner development are also needed; creation of favourable conditions for forming his personality; change in perception fixed in our culture about the norms of psychic development of a child (comparison - not horizontal, but vertical, i.e. judging child’s development dynamics in comparison to himself/herself, not to others).
