3.1. Home appliances terms from English to Uzbek lexical problems of translation
In recent years, because of the entry of home appliances into the domestic product market and the growth of their sales, as well as the production of national home appliances, the demand for translation of similar texts into Uzbek is growing day by day.
Along with the growing demand, the problem of translating terms in the system from English / Russian / into Uzbek is also facing translators, and the lexical, grammatical and stylistic problems of the terms are being addressed, albeit to a lesser extent.
However, in some cases, due to the fact that the terms in the system are not yet fully formed in the Uzbek language, as well as the incompetence of translators, the Uzbek variations of home appliances terms are grossly distorted or denotative features are changed. Especially such problems and shortcomings of home appliances can be found in the "Instructions for use" and some related documents. Having studied the linguistic and translational problems of the terms related to the field, we found it necessary to cite them in several classifications. Problems with the translation of terms related to the system of home appliances from English to Uzbek are especially evident in their lexical features. Because the term is a monosemantic lexeme with its own form and semantic properties, it must be translated from one language to another with lexemes of the same nature. The lexical problems of the terms in the system are due, on the one hand, to the lack of technical definitions in the Uzbek language, and, on the other hand, to some artificially coerced terms.
For example, the term refrigerant, which is one of the main components of a refrigerator, is translated as a “sovutish agenti” in some operating instructions and manuals. However, as you can see, this term was forcibly “invented”. However, the Russian alternative to this term, the term “xladagent”, also serves to convey the meaning of refrigerant in Uzbek.
In order to eliminate such cases as incorrect translation of terms in the system or partial loss of their meaning, it is expedient to compile a strict list of terminology of household appliances in the Uzbek language.
Although most of the terms related to the gas stove are already stagnant in English, the words in the Uzbek language that still belong to this group of terms are not quite stable. For example, some sub terms in a group (although they serve as a term, in a gas-plate system are subtermins, i.e., integral components of this group) Uzbek alternatives are not stable. However, translators are required to perform adequate translation when translating such materials. The following figure shows the parts of a home appliance (simultaneously subtermins) taken from the user manual for the gas stove.

The picture above shows the gas stove parts in English.In this case, as mentioned in the first chapter, if the gas stove is a term related to household appliances, its parts act as subtermins.
