Aqd e nikah ki kuch shrait hain jin mai sai kuch ye hain k:- 1). Ehtiyaat e wajib he nikah ka sigah sahih arabi me parha jaay,or agar khud merd or aurat sighah arbi main nah perh saktay hon tu arbi k alawa kisi dosri zaban main perh saktay hain or kisi ko vakil banana lazmi nahi hay. 2. sigha parhne wala aqal mand ho or agar apne lie perh raha ho to baligh hona bhi zurari he . 3. ye k merd or aurat or uska vakil sigha parhte waqt qasd e insha(nikah ka irada) rakhte hon. 5) Ehtiyat e wajib ye hai k rozay dar cigratte ka dhoha(smoke) halaq tak na pounchae. (Ref: Ayatullah Sistani(d.b),Tauzee hul masail, maslah # 1587 )

6)cigratte nooshi is surat me haram ho gi jab is se mustaqbil(future) me hi sahi, koe barha nuqsaan pounchta ho. Farq nahi parhta k is nuqsaan ka yaqeen ho, gumaan ho ya aisa eithmaal ho jis se uqlaa(ahl e ilm) khoof mah’soos karain. Laikin agar kisi baray nuqsaan ka khatra na ho, agar chahe kasrat se istemaal na karna ki wajah se ho , cigratte nooshi main koi haraj nahi.

7) Agar ba’qaidgee se cigratte nooshi se koi barha nuqsan pounchta ho to usa tark karna zurari he. Magar ye k cigratte nooshi tark karne se bhi itna hi barha nuqsaan pounchta ho ya is se barha bura nuqsaan pounchta ho ya cigratte nooshi tark karne se is qadar tang aa jaay jo aam halaat me na-qaabil e bardaasht ho.
