Eating fast food cause people to gain extra weight, so leading to obesity and other health problems. [fast food yeyish odamlarni vazn to’plashiga sabab bo’ladi, va shunday qilib semizlik va shu kabi muammolarga oboradi].

These days, more and more older people have to compete for the jobs with young people.


What problems does this cause? What are the solutions?



General reason: increased life expectancy and a lack of job opportunities.
General topic: job competition between older and younger people.
Controlling issue: what are the consequences and solutions of this?
Position: personal and social consequences vs proper solutions.


Consequences:
Older employees competing with the youth-losing due to lack of technological knowledge-feeling depressed.
Some companies prioritising experience-youngsters losing due to lack of experience-being hopeless for future opportunities.
Failing to get a job due to fierce competition-commit a crime to make money.
Solutions:
Dropping the retirement age-helping the elderly enjoy life and be with their families-raising grandchildren-sense of contribution and fulfillment.
Minimising employment taxes-encouraging enterpreneurs to enlarge their businesses-creating more jobs.


With the increased average life expectancy and a scarcity of job opportunities in many countries, the fierce competition beetween older and younger employees has been a matter of concern. While I believe this is likely to cause several personal and social repercussions, the government should take proper measures to alleviate this latest phenomenon.


This development has important ramifications. When older people compete for the same job with younger ones, they might lose their position due to their poor awareness of the modern technological tools and machines, as a result of which they tend to experience feelings of depression and even stress. If some companies, on the other hand, want to hire people with invaluable experience, then young candidates are more likely to be rejected, thereby falling into despair for job prospects and career advancements. On the societal level, because this type of stiff competition arises from the issues of unemployment and underemployment, those who fail to get a job might commit criminal activities like traficking or robbery. The more job competition intinsifies between different generations, the more probems will arise for individuals and the society alike.


Nevertheless, these problems can be dealt with. Firstly, politicians have potential to drop the retirement age. This, in turn, can help the elderly to enjoy their life and devote their time to nurturing their grandchildren, thus playing a cetral role in shaping the future of humanity, which may lead to the sense of contribution and fulfillment. Secondly, it would be effective to encourage enterpreneurs and manufacturers to expand their businesses and thus create more job openings. This measure, for instance, might be implemented by minimising employment taxes. These solutions can serve as a means of broadening employment possibilities and stifling the intense competition.


In conclusion, a wide range of personal and social consequences, which have resulted from the keen competition beetween older and young individuals, might be dealt with through the government decreasing the retirement age and incentivising businesses to create more job openings.
