The theoretical significance
:
to assist in solving theoretical problems of 
teaching English language in the target institutions.
The practical significance: 
to improve teaching and learning language 
material as well as language habits and skills in Secondary schools and higher 
Education in Uzbekistan.
The results of the research
can be used in the courses of lectures and 
seminars of English language teaching and analysis can be useful for practical 
courses of English Language Teaching. 
The basic purpose of dissertation
is to learn and analysis of main categories 
teaching English for example condition of teaching, the main objectivies and tasks 
of teaching English, the content of teaching English in Secondary schools and 
higher Education. 
The novelty of our work
is to determine psychological and methodological 
basis of the main categories of English Language Teaching.

The work consists of
introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and 
bibliography. 
In Introduction we have investigated the scientific actuality of the 
dissertation, subject and object of the theme, aims and tasks of the work, 
theoretical and practical significance of the dissertation, as well as a 
methodological foundation and level of learning of the problem. 
The first chapter of the dissertation work is dedicated to such vital 
problems as: The theoretical basis of teaching English language in secondary 
schools and higher Education, the methodological analisys of the categories 
condition of teaching, the modern requirements of teaching English in secondary 
schools and Higher Education 
The second chapter is determined to the characteristics of the content of 
teaching English in secondary schools and higher Education, the methodological 
requrements of choosing topics, the methodological organization of language 
material of teaching English, comparative analisys of developing habits of 
language materials, pecularities of teaching language material in secondary 
schools and Higher Education and so.

The third part is dedicated to the issues of teaching oral and written aspects 


of teaching English, the pecularities of teaching speaking, listening, reading and 
writing skills
 
in secondary schools and Higher Education 
In the conclusion we have pointed the main results of the dissertation work 
and analyzed them. 
All used literature is given in the bibliography.
