What is the effect of authenticity factors on consumption of local food (in the North of 
Iran) as a tourism destination? 
This test shows a meaningful difference between items for evaluating the rank of effective 
factors on consumption of local food. It means that Chi-square test, shows that there is a 
meaningful difference in ranking of factors (x
2
= 311,903, df: 6, p<0.05) 
In Freidman test, the ranking of chosen factors by interviewees has been shown. According to 
their mean, whatever the average is lower than hypothetical mean, it means that it has earned 
a higher rank by interviewees. It is clear that the first rank belongs to "authenticity" (2.35), 
second to "hygiene" (3.29), third to "Personnel

s behavior" (4.10), "Food diversity" (4.19), 
fifth to" accessibility" (4.30), "Price" (4.71) and at last to "Decoration" (5.07).
