Dear Madam,
I am addressing to you in order to inform you about our solutions according to the improvement of communication issues in our company.
The first solution, we do not think that we need to send reports every day. You can simply send reports once every two weeks. Because managers won't have time to check it all every day. As well as sending sales reports, you can also send them once every two weeks.
The second solution, hiring a key account manager will only increase our costs, and our clients will enjoy an individual approach. Therefore, we cannot accept this recommendation.
