1. Determination of the need for material resources. In the process of determining the
need for material resources, it is necessary to identify the internal consumers of material
resources. In addition, weight, size, delivery service and a number of other delivery
parameters are required. The issue of "manufacture or purchase" (MOB) consumables can
be resolved.
Company not only sells its concentrates in the Uzbek market, but also exports them to
other countries. Taking into account the climate of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the level
of development of horticulture, we consider it expedient that the founders of company
consider the issue of independent production of concentrates. This, in turn, reduces
dependence on external suppliers and competitors, allowing products to be supplied to
foreign partners as well.
Setting up the production of hubs requires a lot of money. However, correct production
allows you to quickly recoup these costs and get huge profits.
2. Research of the procurement market. Procurement market research begins with an
analysis of the supplier market. All suppliers on the market must be indicated.
3. Selection of suppliers. If in the near future company will reduce the number of
suppliers, we will consider with which supplier it is advisable to extend the contract.
4. Purchases. The fulfillment of this function should begin with negotiations and end
with the conclusion of a contract.
5. Delivery control. One of the main functions of transmission control is transmission
quality control. Transfer monitoring also includes tracking delivery times, tracking contract
terms, tracking transportation status and inventory.
Despite the large number of participants in the supply market, it is not easy for an
enterprise to purchase the goods it needs on optimal terms. Based on these conclusions, the
following proposals were developed:
1. Automation of inventory management. Installation of an automated and
computerized system between the warehouse, production facilities, logistics and accounting.
As an example, the program "1-C Logistics: Warehouse Management" is recommended.
2. Implementation of the "5S" - "production" system at the enterprise as an experiment:
sorting; organization of their seats; to keep clean; standardization; commitment,
encouragement and improvement.
3. The choice of suppliers is one of the most important tasks that safe logistics solves.
The success and competitiveness of the company's logistics activities depends on how
accurately and accurately the suppliers fulfill their duties.
4. Establish independent production of some concentrates. Since 20% of the juices
produced by the enterprise are apples, it would be advisable to launch the production of
concentrates from this type of fruit.
5. In the process of recovering concentrated juices, along with water, aromatic flavors
are added, lost in the process of concentrating. It is recommended to purchase these items
at the Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6. Strengthen control over transaction costs. One of the important means of optimizing
transaction costs is the introduction of mass media, in particular computer technology,
telecommunications, and information and telecommunication technologies.
