technologies. Rapid progress in the field of informatization is exacerbating and exacerbating
the information inequality. Despite the high rates of development of information and
communication technologies, the level of preparedness of regions and municipalities for “e-
government” differs significantly. It follows that the leading role in overcoming such
inequality should be played by regional and municipal programs of informatization, lifelong
learning, as well as the development of a methodology for the implementation of e-

DEVELOPMENT OF PURCHASING MANAGEMENT IN LOGISTICS
No enterprise, regardless of its structure, can satisfy all its needs on its own. All
enterprises have a different level of demand for raw materials, materials and services
provided by other enterprises. Therefore, today, in the context of economic modernization,
the role of procurement in supply logistics is growing exponentially.
Effective organization of the procurement process is one of the conditions for the
successful operation of the enterprise. The development of market relations creates new
conditions for organizing purchases. At the same time, inflation, non-payments and a

the enterprise is growing.

Controlling the time factor means controlling delayed transmissions and their
consequences. To do this, the following indicators should be analyzed: share of overdue
orders; the number of stoppages in the production process because of delays.
Price factor means analyzing the prices paid in the process of purchasing a product and
comparing them with previously expected prices. When analyzing prices, one should take
into account such indicators as: the price paid to suppliers for the goods; price changes
because of negotiations.
Supplier reliability means the supply of goods in the quantity and quality specified in
the contract

. When assessing reliability, the following factors are analyzed: share of low-

fault of the carrier.
To effectively provide the company with material resources, we will consider the tasks
that procurement logistics must solve:
