Pressure Square 1
The G is in goal with four S. You shout go as a coach and the S throws 
low to G right. The G makes the save, gives the ball back to S1, gets up 
and side stepped around the pole/cone to S2 and so on until G gets back 
to S1. 
The G can either complete his drill, or once at S1, immediately turn and 
start working his left.
This drill can be progresses to server throwing hip and shoulder height. 
Also if you have more than one group, you an have races against each 
other.

Agility and technical exercises: (keepers working in 6’s) 
 
Pressure Square 2 
This is the same as pressure square 1 game, only there is two G’s. You 
shout go and G1and G2 start working their right on the floor. S1 and S3 
throw ball low to keepers right, they make save and move to next S. side 
stepping around the poles/cones. 
Each S has two balls, and G1 + G2 are trying to catch each other.
