Agility and technical exercises: (keepers working in 6’s) 
 
The confusion, concentration game’ (1) 
G1 starts the drill by rolling to opposite goal into the corner. The G’s are 
not trying to beat each other but merely stretching each other. The G 
makes the save, immediately gets up and rolls into his opposite goal. 
Each keeper, makes the save, gets up, rolls the ball to his opposite goal, 
then goes to the back of the queue. As keepers get better, this game can 
become quicker. 
Also, you can progress this game by making keepers join the opposite 
group when they have thrown their ball. 
You can also have 4, 5 or 6 in each goal.

The confusion, concentration game’ (2).
This is exactly the same as the previous [age, only 
two groups work together. This game is mayhem 
and helps G with working under pressure. 
Again, keepers go to the back of the que after they have served. When 
you progress, where keepers have to run across to opposite goal (Follow 
their serve) this game looks FANTASTIC!
