Объект исследования: перемещение покрышек АТС в карьеры Калмакирского рудоуправления.
Предмет исследования: Ресурс шин АТС (MAN, ISUZU, КамАЗ, КрАЗ, МАЗ) с учетом карьерных условий в Калмакирском ГОКе.
Цель исследования: Совершенствование методики регулирования срока службы шин транспортных средств (АТС), эксплуатируемых в карьерных условиях.
В задачи исследования входят:
• Анализ дорожных условий карьера при эксплуатации вездехода на Алмалыкском горно-металлургическом комбинате (АГМК);
• Теоретическое определение ресурса шин АТС по математической модели;
• Проведение экспериментальных исследований процесса износа шин квадроциклов в карьерных условиях на объектах АММК;
• Разработка методики регулировки пешеходной дистанции шин квадроцикла с учетом условий карьеры.
Описание методов, использованных в исследовании: математический, статистический анализ, математическое моделирование, экспериментальное исследование в процессе исследования.

ANNOTATION OF THE MASTER'S DISSERTATION
Relevance of the topic. In our country, special attention is paid to the development and implementation of methods for the efficient use of operational resources of vehicles and their spare parts in accordance with the natural climatic conditions. The Action Strategy for the further development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021 highlights the issues of "reducing energy and resource consumption in the economy, the widespread introduction of energy-saving technologies in production, increasing competition among national transport and logistics companies, improving energy efficiency in production". In this regard, it is very important to identify and control the cost of spare parts and tires resource on the basis of regulatory documents in the field of motor transport.
It is known from history that the extraction of valuable minerals in our country has been one of the main components of the economy. Vehicle tires are expensive and have relatively little resource. During use in difficult road and climatic conditions, the cost of replacing them is about 20% of all transportation costs. Especially in the quarries where mining is carried out. If special quarry trucks and their tires were previously designed for these conditions, then the use of "ordinary" (conventional) vehicles (ATV) in such conditions is more extreme.
This dissertation research, to a certain extent, is reflected in the resolutions and decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Decree No. PD-2692 of December 22, 2016 " On additional measures to accelerate the modernization of physically and morally obsolete machinery and equipment of industrial enterprises, as well as to reduce production costs", No. PD-3280 of September 15, 2017 “On measures to further improve the management system of JSC “Almalyk MMC””, No. PD-4077 of December 25, 2018 “"On measures to accelerate the process of modernization of production facilities, technical and technological re-equipment of production facilities" and to implement the tasks set by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 21, 2018 No. 937 "Expansion of production capacities for processing raw materials (Kalmakir, Sarichokki, road transport, Office of industrial railway transport)".
The study of the service life of tires of vehicles operating in Uzbekistan showed that the actual distance traveled by the tires was lower than the norms approved in the leading document Uz Rh 52.006: 2009 "Operating standards of tires". For this reason, there is a need to determine the true science-based amount of road tires of vehicles operating in difficult conditions, to increase the safety and reliability of vehicles.
The method of selecting the best quality and the lowest quality of the exploited tires is currently relevant.
