4. Results 
 
This  chapter  describes  the  results  of  the  expert  interviews.  The  interviews  consisted  of 
different  subjects,  described  in  the  different  sub  paragraphs  below.  Each  subject  begins  with  the 
conclusion of the literature study concerning that specific subject, followed up by the results of the 
expert  interviews  (see  appendix  5).  These  results  are  frequently  divided  in  business  and  academic 
environments, since it has been shown that these two environments are often not comparable.  
Beside  the  subjects  found  in  literature,  experts  are  also  asked  for  other  changes  or 
consequences for the academic environment when implementing NWW. Since the given answers in 
general do not concern the academic office workplace, these answers can be found in appendix 6.
