It is well known that education, training, and education of children are among 
the most important tasks of the past. The most important aspect of child education is 
the upbringing of admiration, loyalty, respect for the elderly, respect for loyalty to the 
family, and the blood of the belly. 
In the years of independence, the education of young people in our country and 
upbringing harmoniously developed generation have become the dominant direction 
of the state policy. A comprehensive mechanism for the upbringing of our children as 
educated, highly educated, physically and spiritually mature individuals has been 
shaped by the Law on Education, the National Program for Personnel Training 
developed by first President Islam Karimov.
As a result of radical reforms implemented in the educational system, all the 
necessary conditions for young people to acquire profound knowledge and 
professional skills have been created at modern educational institutions. The process 
of education is radically changing. Considering the potential of each student, the 
potential of education, the modern pedagogical methods are introduced in the 
educational process. The main goal is to form young people as individuals, to grow 
their minds, to enrich their outlook. It is important to raise the spirituality of the 
youth, to develop their faith and to develop the sense of the Motherland.
It is our priority to raise our spiritual resources and mobilize more fully the 
priorities of society's development and to build sustainable social immunity against 
the various negative tendencies of our time in the minds of our young people. As the 
first President Islam Karimov emphasized, "The history of humanity is a source of
