faoliyati samaradorligini o‘sib borishi, ―Ipak yoʻli bank‖ aksiyadorlik tijorat
innovatsion bankida menejer faoliyatini samarali boshqarish va rivojlantirish
hisoblanadi.

Bitiruv malakaviy
ishining natijalarining nazariy ahamiyati ilmiy tadqiqotda ilgari surilgan ilmiy-
nazariy va amaliy g`oyalar, ishlab chiqilgan ilmiy taklif va amaliy tafsiyalardan
menejer mehnatini tashkil etishda boshqaruvni samarali tashkil etish va uni
takomillashtirish usullari hamda unga oid kelgusidagi maxsus ilmiy-tadqiqot
ishlarida foydalanish mumkinligi bilan belgilanadi. Bitiruv malakaviy ishining
amaliy ahamiyati shundaki, bitiruv malakaviy ishida menejer mehnatini samarali
tashkil etish usullariga qaratilgan ilmiy taklif va amaliy tafsiyalardan
mamlakatimizda kompaniya, tashkilot va muassasalarning boshqaruv faoliyatini

takomillashtirishda hamda uning yangi imkoniyatlarini izlab topishda keng
foydalanish uchun zamin yaratadi.
Bitiruv malakaviy ishi materiallaridan Oliy o'quv yurtlarida ―Menejment‖
bakalavriat ta‘lim yo‘nalishi talabalari uchun "Menejment", ―Inson resurslarini
boshqarish‖, ―Tashkiliy hulq‖ va "Personalni boshqarish" fanlaridan o`quv
dasturlarini takomillashtirish hamda o`qitish jarayonida keng foydalanish
imkoniyati mavjud.
Hozirgi kunda menejmentda kompaniyalar faoliyatida menejer mehnatini
tashkil etishda boshqaruvni takomillashtirish tzimi, uning nazariy va amaliy
jihatlari xorijlik va mamlakatimiz olimlari tomonidan jadal o‘rganib kelinayotgan
yo‘nalishlardan biri bo‘lib hisoblanadi. Ushbu yo‘nalishlarda tadqiqot olib borgan
taniqli xorij olimlaridan Piter Druker, Stephen P.Robbins, Mary Coulter, Tommi
