Russell, recently promoted to supervisor; Jackie, Mike and Derek, 
three property managers who report to Russell. Inez, Russell’s manager.
Situation: 
Russell is just starting his second month supervising. He was 
promoted, so two of his employees, Jackie and Mike, used to be coworkers. 
The first month was a whirlwind of training and getting familiar with new
