Description of Services

The core service of the Big Ben School is to provide online, countrywide university prep courses to students applying for international universities in Tashkent. In other words, preparation for Mathematics discipline in English language is the main service of the online platform. In achieving this, a website for the school will be developed which allows the customers to download required preparation materials and lessons will be delivered by Zoom platform. Subscription-based interactive live lessons through ZOOM and other learning materials on website can be considered as the core product of the business, whilst, supplementary products include mock exams and extra lessons outside the schedule to facilitate that learners are receiving their desired level of knowledge.

Additional materials such as PDF books, worksheets and audio books are considered to be operations expense and are included in the subscription fees paid by the students. For example, e-books of mock exam questions with answers and tutorial files are provided to students.

During the online lessons, students have a Zoom session with the tutor assigned to them and lessons are divided into 2-3 lectures as well as 2-3 tutorials each week. Basically, pre-recorded lectures are uploaded to the website of Big Ben School, whilst tutorials are conducted live, where the students receive the chance to participate in discussion with the tutor and clarify their questions accordingly.
