Business Ownership Structure

Big Ben School is expected to be a relatively small business and where the owner will act as both general director and teacher. Therefore, the business ownership structure will be based on sole-proprietorship. There are no limitations regarding the number of employees to be hired by a sole proprietor as long as the taxes and hiring processes are effectively handled by the business owner. This will allow the owner to hire 2 more teachers to complete the teaching crew of the school.
