2018, the quality management systems have been introduced in 6,849, or 15.2% of
the more than 45,000 industries in the country. The largest number of certified
enterprises is in the food industry (2191) and light industry (1217). This indicator is
11% in Andijan and Jizzakh regions, 13%
in Tashkent region, 11.5% in Tashkent
city, 14.1% in Namangan region, 14.4% in Ferghana region, and 15% in
Karakalpakstan.
The above-mentioned cases are based on the development of quality
management systems at industrial enterprises to
achieve strategic goals, to establish
production in accordance with international quality management system
requirements, to conduct regular marketing research in order to respond to market
and consumer needs in a timely manner. quality aimed at improving consumer
properties and quality of products i management system
and the introduction of
organizational and economic development and the basis for the development of
scientific and methodological foundations.
The functioning and improvement of the quality management system in the
region is the basis for improving the competitiveness of the region, which is a key
element of the logical structural model for improving the quality management system
proposed by the author.
This model takes into account the regional features of
the quality management
system. The model presents itself in practice, demonstrates the structure of
organizational economic supply and characterizes the process of its implementation
under specific conditions of the region.
As a result, it is necessary to evaluate the quality management and to choose one
or another direction for its improvement. This can be done by determining the
effectiveness of the existing quality management system in the region. Thus, it is
necessary to identify and measure the actual (and actual) results required to evaluate
management effectiveness. These results include many structural indicators. These
indicators provide a comprehensive assessment of the
performance of the regional
quality management system. This allows us to understand some aspect of the system
and the tendency to develop it. As a result, it helps to quickly and accurately address
emerging issues, and creates favorable conditions for improving quality and
competitiveness in the region.
The following areas of improvement of the state regulation of the quality
management system at the regional level are identified:
increasing the current legal and regulatory framework for quality management
activities;
development of competitive environment in the field of quality consulting
services;
ensuring the harmonization of interests of the subjects of the state and regional
quality management;
Carrying out of financial and non-financial measures within the
state support;
