Research Methodology. 
The methods used include statistical analysis, factor 
analysis, SWOT analysis, survey, sampling, graphical interpretation, correlation-
regression analysis. The results of this research are determined by the improvement 
of methodological approaches in the field of scientific direction and their ability to be 
used in future research on the quality management of industrial products. The 
elaborated scientific recommendations can serve as a methodological framework for 
comprehensive programs aimed at establishing a quality management system at 
industrial enterprises, as well as enhancing the impact of integrated product quality 
management and competitiveness on industrial enterprises. 
Analysis and results. 
The regional quality management system is a dynamic 
system that enables changes in the quality management system parameters. 
Improving the quality management system in the region is a critical issue in the face 
of the ongoing economic crisis. The state determines its policy in the field of quality 
and influences the quality policy of the region. At the same time, the state should use 
all its regulatory instruments. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan, the instruments for regulating investment activities and quality 
management system for the subjects of the republic are given in Table 1.
Development of programs and measures to improve the quality management 
system in the region will allow the regional authorities to implement a unified 
economic and scientific and technical policy on reforming the quality infrastructure, 
integrated approach to the development of the quality management system in the 
region. ensuring that the economic interests of business entities are compatible with 
each other. 
Certification of quality systems, as well as consulting services in this area has 
now become a standalone business and even an industry. The certification bodies of 
quality systems strive to attract more and more clients to gain influence in the market. 
As competition grows, so does the pressure of advertising and promotion of 
standards. Sometimes it can be seen from advertising that certification of the quality
