Abstract. This article discusses the system of training and advanced training of personnel. The
authors note that organizational and managerial innovations are the most important factor in enhancing the
competitiveness of an organization and the successful achievement of its strategic goals.

Аннотация. Ушбу мақолада кадрлар тайёрлаш ва уларнинг малакасини ошириш тизими
муҳокама қилинади. Муаллифларнинг таъкидлашича, ташкилий ва бошқарув янгиликлари
ташкилотнинг рақобатбардошлигини ошириш ва унинг стратегик мақсадларига муваффақиятли
эришишда энг муҳим омил ҳисобланади.

In recent years, large-scale work has been carried out to modernize the system of higher and
secondary specialized education, develop science, and introduce modern forms and technologies of
education. At the same time, reforms implemented in the country at an accelerated pace in the socio-political,
socio-economic and other sectors determine one of the priority tasks the training of qualified personnel who
are able to take responsibility for the future of the motherland, making a worthy contribution to the country's
prosperity.
The current stage of development of the continuing education system is characterized by a review of
basic values in the content, forms and technologies of continuing education of teachers.
The competency-based orientation of the educational process, which today aims at the formation of
practically applicable integrated skills, abilities and knowledge. The professional competence of the teacher
as a complex functional education becomes the central object of state policy, which is expressed in the social
order for the training of a high-level teacher, who is able to actively contribute to the implementation of
educational projects of a national scale. Updating the forms of organization of the educational process of
teachers in the system of advanced training should take place with high-quality personnel support, and this
means that the system of training, retraining and advanced training of teachers should be reviewed.
Teacher retraining courses should give learners orientation on pedagogical methods that encourage
solving the problem of increasing the efficiency of the pedagogical process.
Innovative processes taking place in the system of advanced training relieve possible stresses,
allowing learners to acquire psychological, professional, personal confidence. In our study, we rely on the

ideas of N.O.Yakovleva, who considers the pedagogical design of innovative educational systems from the
perspective of a system, activity and information approach [1; p. 279].
