METHODOLOGY OF ORGANIZATION AND TEACHING OF THE PROCESS OF 
DISTANCE EDUCATION

Annotation:
This article highlights the role and importance of innovative technologies in the 
organization of the educational process in higher education, the use of distance technologies to increase the 
opportunities of modern education, the popularity of e-learning technologies as an important factor in 
today's educational process 'shown.

The role of innovative technologies in the organization of the educational process in higher education 
is growing day by day. The use of distance technology has further expanded the possibilities of modern 
education. Today, education can be obtained from anywhere in the world using the capabilities of modern 
information and communication technologies (ICT). Although traditional education has retained its status, e-
learning technologies have become more popular in recent years. 
New means of information and communication began to enter various spheres of education, industry 
and human society. The development of the global Internet has opened up new avenues for improving the 
education system around the world. First, the drastic changes in the technical equipment of educational 
institutions, the wide access to secular information resources have led to the need to use new forms and 
methods of teaching [1]. 
The introduction of modern information and communication technologies in the educational process, 
in addition to traditional teaching methods, has led to the creation of a new form of teaching - e-learning. In 
distance education, the student and the teacher are in constant communication with each other through spatial 
separation, specially created training courses, forms of control, electronic communication and other 
technologies of the Internet. Distance learning based on the use of Internet technology provides access to the 
global information education network, performs a number of important new functions based on the principles 
of integration and interaction. 
Distance learning provides an opportunity for all those who want to learn to continuously improve 
their skills. In the process of such teaching, the student learns independent teaching materials in an

interactive mode, undergoes supervision, carries out control work under the direct guidance of the teacher 
and interacts with other "vertical learning group" students in the group. For some reason, people who do not 
have the opportunity to study in full-time departments of educational institutions, for example, those who do 
not require health, intend to change their profession or are older, intend to improve their skills Distance 
learning is a convenient form of learning. Distance learning uses a variety of information and communication 
technologies, which means that each technology depends on the purpose and nature of the problem. [2] For 
example, while traditional print-based teaching aids (textbooks, manuals) are based on introducing students 
to new material, interactive audio and video conferencing allows them to interact with each other over a 
period of time. e-mail is intended for direct and feedback, ie sending and receiving messages. Pre-taped 
video lectures allow students to listen and watch lectures, while facsimile communication, messages, and the 
rapid exchange of assignments over the network allow students to teach through feedback. 
Distance education is education based on distance learning. Distance learning - the relationship 
between the student and the teacher based on Internet technology or other interactive methods and all 
components of the learning process - goals, content, methods, organizational forms and teaching methods at 
a certain distance from each other . Distance learning system - a system of education based on the conditions 
of distance learning. Like all education systems, distance learning has its own purpose, content, methods, 
tools and organizational forms. 
Pedagogical technologies of distance learning - a set of teaching methods and techniques that provide 
the educational process of distance learning based on the selected concept of teaching. 
Case technology is a method of organizing distance learning based on the use of text, audiovisual and 
multimedia (case) teaching materials in distance learning. 
TV technology is a method of organizing distance learning, which serves to provide students with 
educational and methodological information through television and is based on the installation of one of the 
optional interactive methods of external communication. There are different models and forms of distance 
learning in the education system, which differ in the following conditions of application: 
- geographical conditions (for example, the territory of the country, distance from the center, climate); 
- The general level of informatization and computerization of the country; 
- level of development of communications and vehicles; 
- The level of use of information and communication technologies in the educational process; 
- traditions used in education; 
- Availability and potential of scientific and pedagogical staff for distance learning, etc. 
Today, progress is evolving and changing rapidly. Almost every minute there are changes, updates and 
surprises in different parts of the planet. Every day is spent under a strong flow of information. Therefore, 
opening the way to modern knowledge, the effective use of new information technologies in improving 
education - has become a requirement of today. However, significant changes are taking place in the 
education system. Distance learning forms are used in the education system. Distance learning is a new form 
of distance learning. Distance learning is independent learning. Independent reading develops a person's 
ability to think independently, evaluate the situation, draw conclusions and make predictions. Another 
advantage of distance learning is that it allows students to study at a time that suits them and even without 
leaving work. 
It is because of these advantages that this style is widespread in the world today. Another advantage of 
distance learning is that the duration of study is determined by the student, that is, the student begins to study 
at any time, mastering the material under the supervision of the teacher. Assimilation is determined by the 
completion of assignments and tests. The sooner a student masters the program, the sooner he or she will 
graduate and receive a certificate. If he fails to master the program, he will be given the opportunity to work 
independently and continue his studies. Students do not need classrooms or dormitories for distance learning. 
Distance learning should focus on the preparation of teaching materials. Because the quality of teaching 
materials is one of the most important factors in the quality of distance learning. The clearer and more 
detailed the material, the more useful it will be to the student. That is, the material must be methodologically 
sound. [3] 
The reading procedure is as follows: the teacher introduces the course and gives assignments. The 
student works with the indicated resources, completes assignments and sends them to the teacher. The 
teacher checks it and returns the answer to the listener. Gives instructions as needed. Course topics will be 
explored in this order. Negotiations are mostly done by email. The telephone network is also sometimes 
used. Printed training materials will be sent by mail. Students use textbooks, e-libraries, e-forums, and video 
conferencing. In this case, the reading is carried out individually, and the teacher teaches taking into account

the abilities and characteristics of the listener. This individuality arouses interest in the student and motivates 
him / her to be active in reading.
