Competition" Who is more? Who quicker?"- Within a minute the 
wishing student answers a series of questions. The teacher considers number of 
questions on which the correct answers are given and estimates.

Conclusion 
The description new technologies are directed on improvement of training 
of the general practitioner and, finally on achievement of efficiency of health 
care which includes the following positions: 
1. Organization and principles of work of VPAC . A role and tasks of the 
general practitioner in health system; 
2. Rational collecting anamnesis. The qualified filling of out-patient cards. 
Introduction of medical documentation to SVP;
3. Skills of consultation. Consultations of "difficult"
patients. Management of time of consultation,
drawing up cards of consultations
4. The qualified survey of the patient. Skills
clinical and tool inspection,
interpretation of analyses;
5. Carrying out clinical audit and screening in VPAC; 
6. Introduction of the magazine of consultations, summarizing, critical 
evaluation of scientific articles, evidential medicine.

Recommendation: 
We can get rid of deterioration of efficiency of the student when we 
consciously direct from one action to another. Widely to extend the high training 
technologies, to lift a role and to improve possibilities of active forms of 
education, the independent solution of problems students is our general problem 
of optimization of educational process. 
From two models of training existing in the world practicing there are 
traditional and active, we choose active, because it’s principles are:
Focus of preparation
The advancing training, 
Independent and activity of students in mastering knowledge, 
Independent creative work with real tasks and problems of big scales and 
the increased complexity, 
Manifestation of knowledge through abilities acts. 
Efficiency of acquisition of intellectual and practical skill directly depends 
on a method of training and ways of information transfer. The tool of the 
solution of a problem of efficiency is the pedagogical technology. Thus it is 
always necessary to remember possibilities of the person in storing and 
assimilation of the new.
