4	16.10.12	Endodontion. Determination of concept. Clinico-anatomical features of structure of the cavity of tooth and root-canals. Endodontical tool: varieties, setting, rules of the use. Standards of ISO. Basic endodontical manipulations: amputation, exterpation of mash. Medicinal facilities. The methods of clearing and expansion of root-canals ("Step-back" and "Crown-down" of technique). Treatment of the instrumental impassable root-canals : impregnation and mummification. 5	30.10.12	The filling of root-canals. Instruments for obturation of root-canals, standards of ISO. Filling materials. Classification. Composition, properties of different groups of sillers. Indication to using. Modern technologies of the filling of root-canals with the use of sillers and fillers : methods of central shtift, vertical, cold and warm lateral condensation of gutta-percha, obturation of the root-canals by the system "Termofil".
