Problem 4: Translator's False Friends
As you know, false friends of a translator can become a source of various kinds of inaccuracies and errors. There are such words among legal terms, for example:

patentable subject-matter	свод / перечень патентоспособных объектов
Publicist	специалист в области международного публичного права
marshal (US)	судебный исполнитель
public order	общественный порядок
court reporter	секретарь суда
residential qualification	ценз оседлости
club law	«право сильного», «кулачное право»

Strategies:
It must be remembered that if an English term is similar in spelling to any Russian word, then it may be a false friend of the translator, i.e. not translated by the corresponding Russian word.
Translator's false friends are a special case of polysemantic words, so the same strategies are used for their translation as when translating polysemantic words - checking other meanings in the dictionary and taking into account the context.
A good English-Russian dictionary contains many options for translating different meanings of the word, as well as the compatibility of the word with other words. All this, as well as the presence of dictionary marks, helps to find a ready and correct version of the translation in the dictionary.
Problem 5: Implicit terms
Some English legal terms contain implicit (formally unexpressed) semes (meaning components). The translation of implicit terms without deducing hidden semes or their incorrect establishment can lead to inaccuracies or distortion of the meaning of the term. When translating such terms, it is necessary to restore hidden semes and express them by adding the necessary words. It should be noted that adding new words may require changing the structure of the phrase. In the examples below, the restored hidden semes in the Russian translation are underlined.
