Recourse Allocation

The bar chart gives information about human resource allocation and as it can be seen Assistants have more load than others but in the MS Project 3 Assistants are given as 1 resource and for this reason it’s showing more allocation on them. It was done so because these 3 assistants work together and their salary is also given in total in the cost table.

Risk Management

Cervone H. (2006), states that the easiest method to interpret threat is to understand that the risk has not yet arisen, which at first sight sounds so unsophisticated, but project managers have to ask themselves what they should have learned to discourse the threats with likelihood. Project managers need to analyze all risks and often aim to identify beneficial risks, because risk does not only have negative effects, it may sometimes offer both business and project advantages and opportunities.

In order to assess the risk project managers need risk severity model and identification of possible risks, both of which are shown below.

While simple matrices like the one above appear to oversimplify the complicated and diverse conditions in the project the particular hazards described in our risk assessments are quantified well. The axis of 'Likelihood and Severity' are both numbered 1, 2, and 3, which on its own is quite insignificant, so we have named the axis of severity (or consequence): (1) Medium, (2) Serious, and (3) Fatal. Likewise, we have named the axis of probability: (1) Unlikely, (2) Plоssible, and (3) Probable.
