It is vital to have project evaluation and as shown in the graph there are several things that should be given attention. When evaluating this project it can be noticed that both things and people related attributes are taking into account. Thing related things include scope which is in the beginning of this paper, quality can be identified only when the project is accomplished, the timeframe is provided and the cost within the project is also allocated.
When it comes to Team morale and client satisfaction, they cannot be identified at this phase of the project but human resource allocation can have indirect influence in this factor.
