Introduction

Education sector in Uzbekistan is developing rapidly and according to Education Sector Plan (ESP) of Uzbekistan 2019-2023 it is identified the sector's long-term goals and objectives, thereby offering a strategic vision for improving the country's education sector. It is instrumental in promoting access to global markets for the GoU in terms of finance and international community involvement. The USD award from the Global Partnership for Education (GPE). The World Bank oversees 49.9 million, initially allocated for the period 2014-2018 and later expanded until mid-2019, under the "Improving Pre-primary and General Secondary Education" initiative. The goal of the project is also to give access to global education and for this reason this paper aims to provide project on establishing international university in Uzbekistan. However, the project shows the need to make further market research and indicates it as a part of project. The university path, partnership type and the university are only possible suggestions because the exact ones can be provided only after making field research.
