Health saving technique 

The health-saving approach can be traced at all stages of the lesson as it provides 

clear alternation of activities. In addition, physical training and special exercises for hands 

and eyes can be done so that children do not get tired during the lesson. It is essential that 

all these exercises and activities be done in connection with the subject being learnt. 

Information and communication technologies (ICT) 

The use of information and computer technologies is very effective in the modern 

educational system. Today, ICT can be considered a new way of transferring knowledge 

that corresponds to qualitatively new content of learning and development of students. 

This  method  allows  students  to  learn  with  interest,  find  sources  of  information,  and 

become more independent and responsible in obtaining new knowledge. Multimedia tools 

provide  the  best  implementation  of  visualization  in  comparison  with  other  technical 

training tools. 

ICT  can  be  used  for  making  the  learning  process  interesting,  accessible  and 

informative. ICT are used for checking homework, explaining new material, fixing the 

topic, monitoring the  assimilation  of  the learnt  material, generalizing  the learnt topics, 

development of speech, etc. It is convenient to conduct virtual trips to English-speaking 

countries, places of interest, museums, etc. 

The  use  of  modern  educational  technologies  contributes  to  the  development  of 

students ' cognitive activity and creativity.
