most diverse situations of communication, he writes that at any level and with any 
complexity of personality behavior, there is an interdependence between: a) 
information about people and interpersonal relationships; b) communication and self-
regulation of human actions in the process of communication; c) transformations of 
the inner world of the individual himself [Ananyev, 2000: 200-208]. 
From a psychological point of view, the need for communication is explained 
by the need for joint activities and the very concept of "communication" is defined as: 
a form of interaction that implies mutual influence ("communication includes the 
exchange of information (thoughts, experiences, ideas, etc.), the development of a 
single program of interaction, perception and understanding of the partner. As a result 
of communication knowledge and skills of one person are shared to other people 
[Dubenyuk, 2007: 287]; "communication is the attitude of people to each other, and 
their interaction, and the exchange of information between them, and the spiritual 
interpenetration" [Parygin, 1999: 28-29]; "communication is a relation subject - 
subject(s), which is a mutual exchange of views, ideas, interests, moods, attitudes, 
etc." [Lomov, 1991: 109]; eto'o: "interaction between several people, which have 
psychological contact and a certain relationship between the participants of 
communication" [Kunitsyn, 2003: 12]); 
a reasoned process that implements certain goals and use certain system resources 
(communication is "targeted and motivated processes of interaction of people in 
collective activities that implement the social and personal psychological relations 
and using specific means, first of all, the language" [Leontiev, 1999: 240]; "process 
based on rational understanding and intentional transmission of thoughts and
