For animals, the difference is in independence. Unlike in zoos, animals can do whatever they want wherever they want. The nature of most wild animals is designed for hunting and wilderness does not limit animals of such a chance. For people, safety makes the difference. Of course, zoos are far safer for people than natural habitats where people become an easy target for the animals.

Animals don’t choose places to cause problems. In other words, the most common problems like mess and noise are made as much in cities as in the countryside.

I think, the difference is in their types. I mean, pets mostly included dogs and cats or very rarely other similar animal species. But today people keep totally different types of animals at home as pets. For example, we can see from the internet that lions and crocodiles are considered as pets, let alone chameleons. Even my neighbour used to have snakes at home, which extremely terrifying for me.

Yes, there is quite a big difference. Before, the majority of work was done by animals. such as ploughing the fields, as means of transportation and even in hunting. Today, most of them totally different functions. People use them primarily for food such as milk and meat and sometimes as means of entertainment.

As a pet owner myself, I have witnessed how my pets brought problems to our household. We have a cat at home which liked to scratch furniture and curtains. Others pets can even bring more problems like animal-hear and saliva on the floor that can stimulate the emergence of species-hopping diseases.

For stray animals, they are not safe I think. Cities tend to be teemed with motorways where cars hit animals quite often. But it isn’t rue about domestic animals since they simply cannot find better locations to live than city apartments.Because, people living in cities hardly ever leave the animals in the yard. They also walk them with neck collars and prevent run-over situations.

Probably people don’t consume meat because they feel pity for animals. They visualize and somehow feel the pain of a case when animals are killed. I have one uncle who does the same. I mean, he can’t stand the torture that animals have during slaughters and refuse to eat animal meat.

Because of certain concepts and rumors about meats, I guess. Some believe that meat fosters the aging process and make their soft skin somewhat hard. Moreover, there are indeed countless particles of bacteria in meat which may seem to be unhealthy, so they become non-meat eaters.

Although it might sound a bit ruthless towards animals, I do support tests put on animals. I support them because they are carried out for the sake of the humanity and we couldn’t have achieved so much in pharmacy and vaccinations were animals excluded from the experiments. Besides, current methods of testing treatments on animals are quite painless because there exist abundant pain-killers and sleeping drugs stops the body feeling anything unpleasant.

Yes, I do. No matter what scope of benefits humans get from the tests, animals should be left undisturbed. Technologies are prospering and scientists have already collected much data about cloning living organs. So these kinds of alternatives should be used instead of using animals.
