6)What are the disadvantages of working flexible time?
7)Why are some jobs popular than others?
8)Do you think money is the most important motivating factor at work?
Yes, I do believe that money is the greatest motivation for people at work. I think all the people who oppose it are probably lying to others and to themselves. Because, people work for money, not for an applause of colleagues or commands of a manager. People tend to bear any work, even with very hard working conditions if they receive quite satisfactory pay.
9)Do you agree that a high salary is the only reason why people choose some jobs?
No, in terms of acquiring a job, people have different motives and expectations. For instance, some people get curious about working conditions like heating and cooling systems, level of noise, the reputation of that job and most importantly promotion opportunities.
10)Do you think colleagues play a role in the way people work?
Yes co-workers have a great impact on a conduct of work. For instance, I personally couldn’t stand working with someone who makes mess around or makes use of my belongings. When people co-work with nice, gregarious and humorous people, they will probably have better productivity of work because of increased mood.
11)What kind of jobs do children like?
Children are curious and like exploring and trying different things. Any job that contains elements of interaction and learning can be good examples of such jobs.
12)What factors should people take into account when choosing a job?
People should bear income perspectives in mind first of all. Some people get deceived and keep on receiving the same amount of salary throughout the whole working life of theirs. They should consider whether they will have such a scenario later or not. Coming to other factors like colleagues or working conditions, it cannot always be determined, so people should not break their brains thinking of them when choosing a job.
13)Why do people lose motivation to work hard?
Well, quite many factors bring about a loss of motivation to work hard. Especially, when workers don’t get praised for their hard work. A lot of workers wish all the best for their work and work flat out to chase success. But, when they don’t have even a mere nice word to their address, they may feel discouraged. Because they feel that nobody values their efforts.
Advice
In general, what kind of person is most suitable for giving advice to others?
A person should be knowledgeable to be able to base the advice on a realistic situation. When they themselves have nothing in their minds, people may give senseless advice rather than practical. But if they are quite experienced and smart, they at least give directions on how to act.
When somebody gives you some advice, do you usually follow this advice or do you usually insist on your own opinion?
I usually do the latter. Although I know that even the most inexperienced people can come up with very promising advice, I tend to weigh everything with my own scales. I mean, I try to consider whether I will be able to fulfill the advice properly or not. So it is better for me to do anything insisting on my own viewpoint.
Do you prefer advice from your family or friends?
It depends on a situation. If I need advice for my future career, relationships with others, marriage or other serious topics, I prefer to turn to my family, parents in particular. But sometimes I put the advice of my friends over the family’s when the topic is going on technologies or science. These are the fields where most my friends are extremely skillful and experienced, unlike my family members.
