Conclusion 
As a result of the researches carried out, in case of improving the applications of 
total quality management, it was concluded that total quality would also increase. 
Otherwise, the increase of interest in productivity of employee, which initially 
emerges, will be able to enable the business to obtain competitive advantage in the 
sector it is in and, as a result, come through the struggle to survive.

In other words, when TQM level increases in a working place, the employees’ 
performance also increases.
Exchange of training programs, the implementation of studentcentered 
educational programs is a positive development in the process of implementation of 
TQM. Where leading executives adopted the philosophy of TQM, continuous 
improvement targeted, small but continuous steps were taken forward, with one study 
achieved full participation is not possible to reach the success of Total Quality 
Management practices
