FRONT OFFICE INTERACTIONS WITH BUILDING SERVICES DEPARTMENTS
As noted in Roadmap 4, this section highlights interactions between the front 
office and other departments referred to as building services departments. Staff
members in these departments generally have fewer contacts with guests than do staff
in the departments discussed in the previous section. Four hotel units are important
providers of business services: accounting, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
