Observation
The third research approach is observation that we used to receive data was an observation form. Observation is not only one of the best direct methods of collecting information about learners but also a great chance for language instructors to observe and find real problem of teaching process. For this reason, we decided to directly observe conversation between doctor and international patient in order to find real issues of doctors’ language process. The observation emphasizes fundamental parts of usual doctor-patient interaction such as greeting, diagnosis, prescription and consultation. While observing, we paid attention the process of each part, and questions used in each part. The observation was conducted two times separately on different days, 2 doctors were observed.
After having permission we agreed on definite day and time, we carried out observation of the conversation between the doctors and patients. Each consultation lasted about 7-8 minutes. The first observation was controlled on December 15, 2021. The second one conducted on December 17, 2021. We observed the conversation between the doctors and the patient was Korean female at the age of 53 who had been treating in the hospital, had a surgery on his knee.
Doctor 1 The pediatrician who was a both student at Tashkent Pediatrics Institute, had some difficulties in giving advice with his foreign patients and spoke with accents. She could not explain her advice in an accurate way. She had some barriers while speaking. She had a few accents like among, weekend (she pronounced [ɘmɔɳ] and [weke:nd]. She had some grammar mistakes while speaking such in the plural countable nouns (childs), in tenses (your daughter’s temperature has begun about two days ago).

While giving instructions and explaining medicine, he had lack of vocabulary ( used very, very ,not possible,). As well as he had a few spelling mistakes while prescribing to his patients. .
A Korean female had a lot of challenges to explain her pain to the surgery. The surgery could speak in Russian. But, she couldn’t understand his speech. The surgery had to bring the dentist who could speak English and the dentist had to be a translator.
