so‘rovnomasidan foydalanib vitiligoning bemorlarning
hayot sifatiga ta’siri baholandi.
Barcha bemorlar ikki guruhga bo‘lindi. 1-guruh-
dagi (
n
= 30) bemorlarda kombinatsiyalangan davo –
311 nm qisqa to‘lqinli uVB terapiyasi, standart davo
va sitostatiklar bilan o‘tkazildi; 2-guruhda (taqqoslash
guruhi) (
n
= 30), bemorlar faqat 311 nm qisqa to‘lqinli
fototerapiya va standart davo oldilar. Ikkala guruhdagi
fototerapiya kursining davomiyligi 20 haftadan ko‘p
bo‘lmagan.

recent studies confirm, that there are changes
in the understanding of pathogenesis of psoriasis.
Immune and genetic theories are mainly discussed.
Triggers play a big role in the onset and exacerbation
of the disease. The list of triggers varies by different
authors. They include: Injury (Koebner phenomenon),
Sunburn, bacterial and viral infections, Drugs
(Systemic steroids, antibiotics, antiviral medications
etc.), emotional stress, alcohol consumption, tobacco
smoking, obesity etc. according to previous studies
in Georgia, main triggers for psoriasis were alcohol
and systemic steroids. aim of our study was to
identify triggers for psoriasis in pandemic conditions.
We have studied 82 patients with severe psoriasis
vulgari
s
, who were registered at our clinic and
applied to us due to exacerbation of the disease
during the pandemic (2020 y). methods of clinical
evaluations were PaSI (Psoriasis area and Severity
Indexч, PGa (Physician’s Global assessment) and
DlQI (Dermatology life Quality index). For patients
was also developed a questionnaire, which included
all possible triggers for psoriasis.
The results of the study were distributed as
follows: The most common triggers are systemic
steroids (41 %), from here for the treatment of
COVID-19 infection – 37 %, prescribed by a doctor
for the treatment of psoriasis – 12 %, used by the
patient himself – 43 %, for the treatment of other
disorders – 8 %.
The second main reasons were Emotional stress
and anxiety disorders (31 %), from here regarding
pandemic situation – 47 %, as a complication after
COVID-19 infection – 33 %, other stressful events –
20 %.
Other triggers were: use of antibiotics (15 %),
from here during COVID-19 infection treatment for
concomitant pneumonia – 75 %, for other disorders –
25.
Other triggers (alcohol, tobacco, obesity etc) –
13 %.
In conclusion, COVID-19 pandemics has strong
affect on the ongoing and management of the
psoriasis.
