INTRODUCTION 
 
In the mechanism of complication, the fundamental tendency of the 
language to economy, to the formation and use of more concise forms of 
expression of thought, is manifested. However, the mechanism of syntactic 
complication of the sentence still remains unsolved. There are many theories, 
concepts and opinions about the status of a complicated sentence in the 
syntactic system, its differential features, the mechanism of complication, as 
well as a set of constructions that are subsumed under the concept of 
complicating ones, but the comparison of the Uzbek and English languages is 
still relevant. 
This dissertation research to a certain extent serves to implement the tasks 
outlined in the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-
3151 “On measures to further expand the participation of industries and sectors 
of the economy in improving the quality of training of specialists with higher 
education” dated July 27, 2017, No. PP-2909 “On measures for the further 
development of the higher education system” dated April 20, 2017, No. PP-594 
“On measures for the further development of the system of treasury execution 
of the State budget” dated February 28, 2007, in Order No. 21 “On approval of 
the Rules for maintaining treasury front accounts in the information system of 
the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan” dated March 24, 2016, 
as well as in other regulatory legal acts related to this field of activity. 
The purpose of the study 
is the definition of methods of formation, as 
well as the disclosure of linguistic features (similar and distinctive sides) of the 
syntax of the Uzbek and English languages.
