IN THE COMPLEX OF LENIA AND PREVENTION OF BACTERIAL-MYCOTIC 
SKIN INJURIES IN PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES

an athlete’s health determines 
the body’s response to physical activity, the level 
and stability of results, which is especially important 
in conditions of increasing difficulty, physical and 
psychological stress, as well as rejuvenation in high-
performance sports.
according to the statistics of athletes seeking 
medical care during periods of pre-competition 
training, dermatological problems are in third 
place in frequency, and the variety of dermatoses 
associated with sports is also increasing every year. 
In the structure of dermatological pathology, myco-
bacterial lesions predominate, which necessitates 
the development of high-quality therapeutic and 
prophylactic drugs for external action.
Purpose of the study: 
The purpose of the study 
was to study the effectiveness of preparations of 
the Fatiderm line (Fati-lux llC, uzbekistan) in case 
of bacterial – mycotic skin lesions in professional 
athletes, taking into account the state of skin 
microbiocenosis.
material and research methods: 
400 athletes 
(250 wrestlers, 150 swimmers) aged 18-25 were 
examined during routine medical examinations at the 
republican Scientific and Practical Center for Sports 
medicine under the national Olympic Committee 
of the republic of uzbekistan. a comprehensive 
biochemical examination of athletes was carried 
out. The species composition of the skin microflora 
and the density of colonization by pathogens were 
determined by the method of Willamson et Kligman 
(2001) with moderate physical exertion before the 
competition. Determined the sensitivity of microflora 
to antibacterial drugs.
