research results: 
Dermatological diseases 
were found in 113 athletes (28,25 %) of various spe- 
cializations. mycotic skin lesions prevailed: mycosis 
of large folds – 44, versicolor versicolor – 17, 
trichophytosis – 4, mycosis of the feet, onycho-
mycosis – 32,16 athletes were diagnosed with acne 
vulgaris of varying severity. all groups showed a 
high seeding rate of Stah. aureus, the maximum 
among athletes by contact sports (wrestlers – in 
general in 65 % of cases). In athletes-swimmers, the 
seeding frequency of Stah. aureus was lower and 
amounted to 49 %. In all groups, athletes showed 
a decrease in the proportion of Stah normal for the 
skin. epidermidis. The density of colonization by 
pathogenic staphylococci in different sports groups 
did not differ significantly and averaged 2922 CFu/
dm
2
. The number of other types of staphylococci 
varied within 1234–3768 CFu/dm
2
. a low sensitivity 
of staphylococcus strains to macrolides, a high 
frequency of oxacillin-resident strains (mrSa), as 
well as a high sowing rate and colonization with 
malassezia fungi have been established. For the 
treatment of acne, the cream «Fatiderm» was used, 
for the treatment of fungal skin lesions and large 
folds – the cream and tonic «Fatiderm +» (Fatiderm-
plus) in accordance with the manufacturer’s recom-
mendations. For the prevention of mycotic lesions in 
hyperhidrosis used «Fatiderm +» (Fatiderm-plus).
Conclusion: 
There was a pronounced positive 
dynamics and 100 % cure of pathological rashes 
in athletes with manifestations of dermatoses. 
Fatiderm has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, fun-
gicidal and antiperspirant effects, contributes to the 
normalization of the skin microflora in conditions 
of increased physical activity, the prevention of 
hyperhidrosis and the development of bacterial-
mycotic skin lesions. The indicators of skin micro-
biocenosis in athletes can serve as a marker of the 
functional state of the skin, which must be taken into 
account when developing methods of hygiene and 
skin care.
