XULOSA
Ushbu
bitiruv malakaviy ishida azeotrop aralashmalarni ajratish jarayonini
komputer modellari orqali tahlil qilish amalga oshirildi. ASPEN PLUS dasturida
jarayonning imitatsion modeli qurildi va natijalar olindi va olingan optimal
natijalarga ko’ra energiya hamda atmosferaga tarqalayotgan zaharli gazlar miqdori
5 % gacha kamaytirildi.
Ushbu texnologik jarayonni avtomatlashtirishning funksional chizmasi va
bayoni shakllantirildi. Nazorat o‘lchov va boshqaruvchi qurilmalar sifatida hozirgi
zamon texnologiyasi asosida ishlab chiqarilayotgan SIEMENS, OVEN kabi
firmalarning o‘lchov uskunalaridan foydalanildi. Material va energiyaning iqtisod
qilinishini va ishlab chiqarish unumdorligini oshirishni ta’minlash mumkin.
