most informative source of data, which is confirmed by the injury pyramid shown in
Fig. one.

The collected data on micro injury will allow a deeper study of injuries, as well
as provide the expert group with additional information to form a more complete
picture of possible potential risks [6].
The analysis of the results of certification of workplaces and the characteristics
of equipment, allowing to assess its potential hazard,
are also an important
component of the basic assessment of professional risks, for the subsequent ranking
of structural units by hazard level, but based on the results of such analysis, it is not
possible to identify potential risks for each specific unit of the enterprise. Therefore,
the next step, in our opinion, should be an in-depth or detailed assessment of potential
risks for specific occupations of workers based on expert methods. A group of
experts, which should include employees who know the technological process at the
enterprise, its features, who are versed in labor protection and safety at work, which
include: manager, chief engineer, labor protection engineer,
technologist, and other
specialists at their discretion the head of the structural unit. This group examines all
the most important components of labor safety, such as: the quality and completeness
of the technological process, the use of personal protective equipment, order at the
workplace, safety
when working with equipment, occupational health, ergonomics,
etc. Based on the observations made, the working group identifies the dangers that lie
in wait for the employee at each permanent workplace and for each profession with a
non-permanent workplace. For each identified hazard, the working group determines
the likelihood of its occurrence and the magnitude of the negative consequences. In
addition, to identify the professions most at risk of industrial injuries, the working
group conducts a survey of all employees of
the enterprise using special, pre-prepared
questionnaires, including questions on the influence of hazardous and harmful
production factors in the workplace, the quality of the organization of the
technological process, psychological conditions, the quality
of the training provided
and the employee's knowledge in the field of labor safety and protection.

The data collected and processed at the second stage (detailed risk assessment)
will make it possible to identify the potential values of risks for each specific
profession of each division in the enterprise, which, in turn, will provide the
possibility of forming a targeted or targeted program of corrective measures in
conditions
of limited resources, which, as a result, will allow to more effectively
reduce the most significant risks of industrial injuries.
As a result of the implementation of this approach, the problem of occupational
risk management for rail infrastructure farms can be successfully solved.
