9.2.
Yiqilishdan saqlanish usullari
K urashchi, cng avvalo, kurash texnikasini o*rganishdan oldin
yiqilayotganda o ‘zini saqlash usullari bilan tanishishi va ularni o ‘r-
ganishi lozim . Bu o ‘zini o ‘zi saqlash, him oya usullari u yoki bu
usulning oxirgi soniyalarida, y a’ni yiqilayotganda bajariladi.

Yiqilish usullari.
Bu usulni o ‘rganishdan oldin shug‘ullanuv-
chiga, alb a tta , orqa, yon taraflarga d u m ala sh n i rgatish lozim .

gilamga tushadi, gavda ustidagi q o ‘l esa yuqoriga ko‘tariladi.
