Price Action Market Traps

Case Study:
Market has formed a strong bearish move from A to B. Market moves in two, if one leg is strong,
expect the flow will continue and form another leg in approximate length. The deep pullback has
broken the EMA and trendline. It’s considerable in size and it consists 2-legs countertrend moves
from Bar 4 to Bar 2. But we know the 1st major pullback of a strong trend usually fail and resume the
original trend. Now we are just waiting for trapped buyers. The opportunity comes at Bar 2. Here it
did trapped a lot of buyers who bought above Bar 1 and immediately flushed down to the low. The
buyers who bought above Bar 1 are going to hate everything about bar 2. Their stop-loss is below
Bar 3 and bar 4. They all got triggered eventually.
Lesson here: you can’t afford to be stubborn in the trading world. If you see yourself trapped,
exit! Move on to the next, don’t pray and hope market will turn your way.
