qo’llaniladi. 14S-Gossipol ophozon-ichak trakti (tizimi)ga surilishini urganishda kullanilgan. Gossipolga bulgan turlicha tolerantlikni anikdovchi omillar bo’lib, ichakda uning turli darajada adsorbtsiyalanishi organizmdan chiqarilish vaktidagi turlicha kattaliklari detoksikatsiyaning tezligi va darajasi hisoblanadi. Shuni ko’rsatdiki hayvon a’zolari bo’ylab lokalizatsiyaning yetishmasligi aniqlandi. Turli xil xayvonlar a’zolaridan chikarib olingan.
Ma’lumki, gossipol va uning hosilalari asosida tibbiyot amaliyotida antivirus preparatlar [jumladan: -3% li gossipol linimenta,3% li megosin, ragosin, gozalidon va boshka malxdmlar (mazlar) ]yaratilgan va amliyotga tadbik qilingan. Bu preparatlarning antivirus faolligi ularning o’sha organizmda a, (3 va u-interferonlarni hosil qilishi bilan bog’lik. Shuning uchun gossipol hosilalari interferon sistemasiga ta’sir qilib, o’zining antivirus ta’sirini namoyon qiladi. Shu bilan bog’liq xolda, gossipol hosilalarining ajoyib strukturaviy o’ziga xosligi boshqa xildagi biologik faolliklarni, xususan, antiferment, antibakterial va achitkilarga qarshi ta’sir kabi xossalarni namoyon kiladi. Xozirgi tadkikotlarning maksadi gossipolning yangi alifatik xosilalarini sintez kilish ularning antivirus va zaxarlilik xossalarini o’rganishdan iboratdir.
