PREFACE 
 
This book was written for the students of faculty of stomatology. This textbook meets
the requirements of State educational standards and training programs of children sto-
matology.
The book is thus divided into 8 section: 1) Development and features of the face; 2) 
Methods of general and local anesthesia in children stomatology; 3) Acute and chronic 
inflammatory deceases of maxilla-facial region of children; 4) Diseases of salivary 
glands; 5) Traumatic injure of the soft tissue and bone of the face of children; 6) Tem-
poromandiblar joint deceases of the children; 7) Congenital facial and jaw deformity; 8)
Facial tumor disease in children. 
Development and features of the face. In this section written of particularly the devel-
opment of the child's body from inside to the uterine to school age. Attention is paid to
